These are the terms that apply when you use CHNLSYNC. We've kept them short and readable on purpose. Questions? Email will@chnlsync.com.

What CHNLSYNC does

CHNLSYNC is a US technology brokerage. We provide brokerage and advisory services: helping you source, negotiate, and manage technology like connectivity, communications, security, and cloud across our supplier network.

Early access

CHNLSYNC is currently in beta. Participation is by invitation, and we may change or end the beta, or any part of it, at any time. Features, including the Sync advisor, are provided as-is during the beta. Things will improve, and occasionally break, while we build. If we ever need to close your seat, we'll tell you directly rather than let you find out from a broken page.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and in good faith. Specifically:

• No unlawful use of the service.
• No attempts to probe, disrupt, or breach our security.
• No submitting data you don't have the right to share, and no protected health information (PHI). The service is not designed to handle it.

Advice is guidance, not a contract

Our recommendations, including anything the Sync advisor tells you, are guidance to help you decide. We'll do the research, surface the options, and tell you what we'd pick and why. But final purchasing decisions, and the contracts behind them, are between you and the suppliers you choose. Read supplier agreements before you sign them.

Fees

CHNLSYNC's brokerage services are at no cost to buyers. Suppliers pay us when you buy through us, which is how technology brokerage has always worked. You'll never get a bill from us for advisory work. If that ever changes for a specific engagement, we'll say so in writing before any work begins.

Disclaimers and liability

During the beta, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We're working hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free yet. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHNLSYNC's liability arising from your use of the service is limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. That's your notice.
