Copper Retirement
Watch — Embed
Put an auto-updating copper retirement status table on your own website. The data is the same carrier-by-state dataset behind the CHNLSYNC Copper Retirement Tracker, compiled from FCC Section 214 filings and carrier disclosures and refreshed on our end — nothing for you to maintain. Free to embed with the attribution link intact.

Options
| Attribute | What it does |
|---|---|
data-states="NC,SC,GA,TN" | Show only these states (two-letter codes). Omit to show every tracked state. |
data-carriers="AT&T,Lumen (CenturyLink)" | Show only these carriers, by display name. |
data-limit="8" | Cap the number of rows. Scheduled retirements sort first, soonest date on top. |
data-theme="light" | Light card for light-background pages. Default is dark. |
Raw data
Prefer to render it yourself? The same feed is available as versioned JSON with CORS enabled: https://chnlsync.com/embed/copper-retirement/v1.json. Fields per record: carrier, state, retirement_date (ISO date or null), status. The payload also carries as_of and the attribution object. The shape is stable within v1; breaking changes would ship as v2 alongside it.
Urgency tiers, per-program notes, FCC grant status, and the methodology stay on the full tracker — the embed is intentionally the summary view.
Terms
The embed and JSON feed are free for any website, with one condition: the “Data by CHNLSYNC” attribution link must remain visible and unmodified wherever the data is shown (the widget renders it for you; if you build from the JSON, include a link to the tracker near the data). That's the whole deal. Questions, higher-volume use, or something custom: will.kennedy@chnlsync.co.
