Will Kennedy, Founder & CEO

Will Kennedy is CHNLSYNC’s founder and the human point of accountability for supplier recommendations. His role is to review the buyer’s requirements, the research and the tradeoffs before recommending a path.

Automation helps organize information and prepare research. Will reviews the recommendation; buyers should be able to ask which suppliers were considered, why options were ruled out and which assumptions still need validation.

How CHNLSYNC is paid

CHNLSYNC uses a supplier-paid brokerage model with no buyer advisory fee. The buyer pays the selected supplier for services and any agreed implementation, installation, equipment, usage or third-party charges. Confirm the scope and all charges in the written proposal.

Supplier compensation is a commercial relationship. Ask how CHNLSYNC is compensated for a proposed purchase and which alternatives were evaluated. We do not claim access to every supplier, identical commissions, guaranteed savings or the lowest available price.

Our technology brokerage guide explains the comparison process and questions to ask before engaging a broker.

What a recommendation should show

Your requirements
The problem, users or locations, timing, constraints and outcomes the purchase must support.
Comparable proposals
Capabilities, exclusions, recurring and one-time costs, contract assumptions and unresolved questions.
Reasons for the shortlist
Which relevant options were considered and how the requirements informed the recommendation.
Delivery ownership
Who supplies the service, implements it, accepts the work and handles ongoing support or escalation.

The supplier agreement defines the services delivered. Technical suitability, availability and commercial terms need confirmation for the actual purchase.

Research and editorial standards

Our guides and comparison pages use primary documentation for technical, carrier and product claims. A supplier’s description supports what that supplier says it offers; it is not an independent ranking. We separate published facts from buyer questions, estimates and matters that need a quote or site-specific review.

Customer results, qualifications and supplier prices require supporting evidence. An update date reflects a change to the page; it does not replace the date of a carrier notice, source document or underlying dataset. The copper-retirement methodology explains the tracker’s own source and date handling.

Will is responsible for reviewing recommendations and addressing reported inaccuracies. Read the buyer guides and service comparison pages for the scope and sources of each topic.
